Squat, bench, and deadlift technique coaching. Video analysis included.
Clean & jerk and snatch technique work. Suitable for intermediate to advanced lifters.
Introduction to barbell training. Learn the big five lifts with proper form. 4-session programme.
Periodised 12-week coaching block leading up to a sanctioned powerlifting meet. Includes programming and weekly check-ins.
Unlimited access to all equipment including competition-spec Eleiko barbells, squat racks, log, yoke, and atlas stones.
Single-day gym access. Ideal for visitors or those trying us out before committing.
