Nutrition Consultation

One-hour deep dive into your diet with a personalised meal plan and macro targets.

Mobility & Flexibility Session60 min

Mobility & Flexibility Session

Targeted work on range of motion, joint health, and movement quality. Great for desk workers and those returning from injury.
